Director, GTM Finance
The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to be the lead Finance Business Partner to our Go To Market (GTM) Organization. This individual will be focused on Revenue Forecasting, Operating Expense and Headcount management. The role will be heavily focused on transforming data into insights aligned to the strategic vision of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a GTM organization and an understanding of both a consumption based revenue model and a subscription based model.
This role will report to the VP of FP&A.
What You'll Do:
Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts for the GTM organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and assessment of risks & opportunities You will own the forecast accuracy of both our top-line revenue and the GTM organization spend profile Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and present to the company C-suite Refine Fastly’s driver based revenue models and forecasts (sales capacity, bookings, ProServ, etc.) Communicate complex financial modeling, forecasting and analytics to the business in a clear, concise and digestible way Work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to help drive Fastly growth Assist in quota setting and compensation modeling with the Sales Operations team Partner with the Analytics team to monitor KPI's and provide insights into Sales productivity and enable data-backed investment decisions Manage a combination of Managers and analystsWhat We're Looking For:
10+ years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis, preferably from a public company Minimum of 4 years experience managing and leading a team Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Google Sheets and Slides a plus) Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Organized and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy Experience with a SaaS based revenue model as well as consumption based model Experience being a finance business partner to leadership across multiple disciplinesWe’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
Experience with SFDC, Netsuite, and Adaptive Background in Tech and more specifically with a consumption based business Long-standing business partner to GTM organizationsWork Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $181,220.00 to $217,464.00
Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
