**Job Summary:**
This role requires work with CBL Franchise GMs and our bottling partners to drive sustainable growth. This role will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations and strategic initiatives of our franchise partners. This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to ensure the successful execution of franchise agreements and the achievement of financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** Conduct detailed financial analysis to support franchise operations, including Volume, NSR, DME and OPEX, including both routine and ad-hoc analysis. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and franchise partners.
+ **Value Sharing Evolution:** Lead CBL value sharing evolution from PMP to incidence pricing by identifying key factors and respective risks and opportunities to both KO and total TCCC system.
+ **Business Partnering:** Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of franchise operations. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and work with partners to implement corrective actions as needed.
+ **DME Management:** Support the negotiation and management of DME annual agreements, ensuring compliance with company's terms and conditions. Assist in the development of advanced models to evaluate potential DME management opportunities (PBI).
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with external and internal teams, including CBL HQ, Bottlers, Frontline Marketing, CCL Integrator and Operations, to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Company and franchise partners. Supervise on Culiangwang's business, including but not limited to Budget/Forecasting, CAPEX, Purchasing, etc., to identify potential opportunities or risks.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the franchise finance function. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
+ **Bank Account Management:** Conduct monthly bank statements review, and cooperate with internal and external auditing team to smooth the year-end auditing process.
+ **Other ad-hoc assignments** on a needy base such as Sr. mgt. review and CBL BOD deck etc.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on franchise operations or a similar industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication skills and agile ways of working
