Acceptance Solutions focuses on helping businesses keep ahead of changing consumer expectations for payments while also managing their costs and growing revenue. Acceptance Solutions does this by providing a range of infrastructure for Merchants, Acquirers and Technology Partners for accepting payments, reducing fraud, increasing approvals and managing disputes. The Director, Global Acceptance Solutions will play an important role in the Acceptance Solutions business unit by accelerating key initiatives and driving overall business unit performance. It will also support a set of products focused on verification, authorization and reporting excellence called 'Network Products'. This role will report to the Global Head of Operations within Acceptance Solutions.
Job Description
New initiative leadership: Define and lead workstreams to accelerate priorities that arise within the business unit that are cross-functional in nature or require close collaboration with the business unit lead and/or leadership team. Business performance: Drive focus to improve the end-to-end health of the business. This role will work closely with the various functions leads to drive better outcomes towards their targets (Sales, Product, Client Services etc.). Product commercialization and strategy: Partner with Global Product owners within our 'Network Products' suite and the market stakeholders responsible for commercialization, to drive incremental revenue through sales, compliance and pricing efforts. Support and lead workstreams within an established global initiative, including:
Simplifying and driving best practices in pricing: Develop in-year and multi-year pricing opportunities to drive sales, revenue and desired ecosystem behavior. Actively engage in / lead wider pricing efforts that would impact/risk Network Product direct sales including Regional Digital Commerce Service Fees and Network upgrades. Simplify pricing across products. Apply best practices from individual regions and customer segments globally.
Developing & integrating product narrative and strategy within business: Drive customer adoption with an integrated storyline spanning related individual Consumer, VAS, Acceptance Solutions and CMS products. Partner with other product managers to explore bundling and integration into solution offerings. Set within five-year vision for payments trends impacting suites such as verification, authorization and reporting.
Conducting data analysis: review product data to qualify potential new customer opportunities and answer questions during the sales cycle. Become expert in product data and establish/train regional teams to self-service.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 139,200 to 237,550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
