Director, Global Archer Services

The Director of Global Archer Services will lead a team responsible for delivering comprehensive support and solutions related to Archer. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective use of Archer across all segments of the organization. The Director will oversee four key pillars of GAS, focusing on Archer Administrative Services, Process Documentation and Data Integrity, Model Risk Services and Risk Oversight Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of GRC processes.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of Archer specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategic goals for the GAS team in alignment with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with the VP of GRIT to integrate GAS initiatives with broader risk intelligence and technology strategies.

Oversee the maintenance of the Archer business hierarchy and ensure data integrity across all records.

Direct the development of KPI reporting and related dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Manage internal audit and regulatory exam support, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and practices.

Ensure the creation and maintenance of process, risk, and control procedure documentation.

Supervise standardized record writing and the development of Archer user manuals and methodology documentation.

Lead the provision of Archer super user support services, enhancing user experience and proficiency.

Oversee Archer access security services to maintain robust security protocols and user access management.

Ensure accurate maintenance of the MRM Model Inventory and Validation Record.

Required Qualifications:

Around 5-7 years of equivalent cumulative experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within a GRC environment, with a focus on Archer or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance processes, and internal audit practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
