Are you ready to lead and innovate in a global setting? As the Director, Global ERP CoE Lead to Cash, you will drive the components of the SAP S/4 lead to cash solution. You’ll build technical expertise and navigate the complexities of both local and global processes. Collaborating closely with your team and Platform & Development peers, you’ll ensure our designs and deliveries are fit for purpose and meet all expectations.
In the second phase of the program, you’ll play a crucial role in deploying SAP S/4 across various markets, ensuring timely resourcing, driving standard implementation, and providing expert guidance to the Mars Snacking deployment team. Working with the Digital Core Enterprise teams and the Digital Core teams in Petcare and Food, you’ll maintain a clean digital core and support the Mars Snacking D30 vision, unlocking value generation opportunities.
This transformation-funded role is part of the broader D30+ program, offering you the chance to make a significant impact on our global operations.
What are we looking for?
Proven technical knowledge of large scale / global ERP environments. Proven previous experience leading ERP implementations at large scale CPG/pharma companies. 5+ years leading ERP Lead to Cash (DevOps/Deployment). Experience in line managing distributed teams of Associates plus Tier 1 extended partners. Experience with Lead to Cash – familiarity with integration points with Order Management, Transportation, 3PL Integrations, Billing. Experience in Dev/Ops tooling and capabilities. Stakeholder relationship skills, having worked directly with senior IT leadership teams. Previous experience in managing budgets.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Staff and lead a high performing team of Solution Architects. Partner with Enterprise Technologies, Global Digital Operations, Petcare and Food Digital Core teams to secure fit-for-purpose design of the enterprise and Mars Wrigley SAP S/4 ERP platforms. Collaborate with other digital core leaders in Mars Snacking (R&D, Commercial, Planning, Data, Architecture) to ensure effective integration between ERP and Edge systems. Oversight of the implementation of SAP S/4 ERP for the lead market in conjunction with the director peers within Mars Snacking CoE. Participate and facilitate workshops to gather functional and technical requirements; analyze complex scenarios and business processes and support the team to translate the requirements into specifications. Lead solution, design and build of Lead to Cash processes over S/4 template of Mars Snacking. Partner with the Mars Snacking process team to ensure the functional requirements are well documented and converted in IT requirements. Support the Mars Snacking deployment team in implementing the solution on a large scale. Budget management for the direct and indirect staff engaged in the transformation activities. 3rd party management for the SAP S/4 ERP System Integrator in the area. Own knowledge management in responsibility.
