About the Opportunity This senior leadership role within our Global Total Rewards Center of Expertise is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and communicating innovative executive compensation and total rewards programs and policies. The ideal candidate leverages deep industry insight and commercial acumen to drive financial performance, lead a diverse team, and influence senior leaders’ company-wide. Reporting to the Vice President of Global People Service & Total Rewards, this role directly manages three key program leads covering global compensation, global wellbeing & Americas benefit programs, and EMEA compensation & benefits.
