As a Director of Global Marketing Program Management, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Strategy & Planning team reporting to Senior Director, Global Brand Marketing you will be leading the global program management function and play a cross-functional leadership role in identifying, designing, and implementing strategic initiatives that impact the portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nLead and coach a team of Program Managers and Marketing Ops professionals supporting the entire portfolio from strategic development through execution\nDevelop the program management function, including processes, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with colleagues and the leadership team\nPlay a cross-functional leadership role in identifying, designing, and implementing strategic initiatives that impact the portfolio\nLead program teams to define and manage deliverables, facilitate decision-making making, and define risk mitigation strategies/contingencies\nLead meetings at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and to manage the execution of plans to meet objectives\nDevelop and utilize key program management tools, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient program planning, execution, monitoring (metrics) and to ensure efficient tracking and reporting\nManage key program-related reporting and documentation, including monthly reports\nEnsure efficient and effective communication of project-related information to all levels of the organization and external partners\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nWork closely with the strategy leads and portfolio analytics team to ensure clarity of strategy and goals and define integrated work plans to meet these objectives.\nPartner with content, media, and creative teams to ensure programs and campaigns deliver on strategy and hit key milestones\nWork closely with Finance and cross-functional program teams to establish program-related budgets and resourcing plans, monitor plans, and ensure adherence to budget\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nEstablish and govern a best-in-class annual strategy & planning processes\nEvaluate opportunities for operational efficiencies across internal teams and external partners\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTen (10) years of work experience in marketing campaign management, project management, or marketing operations\nFive (5) years of experience leading teams\nYou are a process expert with experience driving innovation and transformation while leading teams with confidence, influence, and strategic vision\nExperience navigating a matrixed, global organization\nExperience overseeing a complex portfolio of projects or campaigns from start to finish\nHybrid schedule from McLean, VA office (3 days per week)\nTravel up to 25%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
