Key responsibilities include:
Maintains an operationally effective mobility program including end-to-end process, program communications, health of the services, and ensuring new or changing requirements/demands of the services are met and executed timely.Leads international assignment tax policy and processes related to mobility services.Ensures mobility program communications (policies, process, intranet, business communications) are effective and the benefits and services are communicated accurately, consistently and professionally.Leads policy development and ensures processes are updated to align with mobility policies.Understands market competitive practices driving strategy and services to align both with business requirements and market competitive practices.Maintains a caseload, including executive or other transfers, in order to support the team and services. Manage escalations and identifies, assesses, and resolves complex problems.Accountable to manage service provider relationships, quality, and overall performance.Lead related compliance activities to ensure accurate financial recording of benefit costs and compliance with laws and regulations. Supports audits of services.In partnership with Tax, Payroll, and Legal, supports research and solutions for cross-entity hiring and global assignments. Embraces the role of advisor to the business and business leaders to share knowledge, influence, and build confidence in the services.Partner closely with various stakeholders and process partners to provide expertise on all aspects of the mobility services and process delivery and to educate on market best practices. This may include (not limited to) Total Rewards, Human Resources, Talent Management, HRIS/HR Operations, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and Finance.Define and operationalize clear KPI metrics and provide regular reporting dashboards.Conducts invoice reviews, audits, and approvals to support the team and services.Coach, mentor, and develop the Global Mobility team to build knowledge and skills.Implement and lead voice of the customer activities to capitalize on feedback and improve program performance.Stays informed and educated of changing mobility industry best practices.Participates with external partners and industry networks to benchmark and update existing program and drive continuous improvements (gaining leader alignment, leading change management, and measuring effectiveness post-implementation).Expected travel: 10%
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field of study8+ years’ experience in global mobility and international assignment management, including cross-border activities, global immigration, assignment tax, business travelers, and international transfers.5+ years’ experience managing vendor relationships and supplier performance/governance5+ years’ experience in leading direct reportsDemonstrated experience managing complex end-to-end services, structuring lean processes, and measuring program performance using metrics and KPIsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and prioritization skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismProficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred Skills and Experience
Experience with mobility technology platforms and/or WorkdayKnowledge and application of country lawsIndustry certification (SHRM/PHR/SPHR, GPHR, GMS or other relevant certification)Demonstrated ability to interface with leaders at all levels of the organizationExperience in a global consulting firm is a plus#LI-EA1

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000-$230,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $214,500-$299,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
