**Overview**
Reporting to the EVP, Global Strategy the Director, Global Strategy will lead strategic initiatives for one of the world’s most innovative and highly connected global accounts. You will play a critical role in developing transformative strategies that connect data, creativity, and media to deliver impactful solutions for the client’s business across regions. This role sits at the heart of our global operations, focusing on aligning market strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless communication across local and central teams.

**Responsibilities**
**Strategic Leadership:**
• Design and implement integrated global communication strategies that align with client’s global business objectives.
• Leverage advanced data and insights to create frameworks that optimize marketing investment and drive ROI.
• Develop full-funnel strategies that balance brand growth with performance outcomes.
**Client Partnership:**
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client’s leadership across media and marketing, providing forward-thinking insights and strategic direction.
• Lead planning workshops, creating cohesive strategies across client’s product ecosystem (proprietary apps, AI, and augmented reality)
• Drive alignment across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
**Innovation and Transformation:**
• Integrate cutting-edge digital and technological solutions into client’s strategic planning processes.
• Pioneer initiatives in data utilization, personalization at scale, and measurement to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Champion the adoption of emerging trends in consumer behavior, technology, and media.
**Global and Local Coordination:**
• Support Business leads who oversee the implementation of global strategies across regions, providing guidance to local teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Offer training and support to markets for local activation of strategic plans.
• Act as the bridge between client’s central and local teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
**Thought Leadership:**
• Bring “currency to clients” through new trends, research, data, and Groupe capabilities while championing innovation and testing in thinking
**Qualifications**
5-8+ years of experience in media, creative, or digital strategy with a proven track record in global account management.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and full-funnel strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and creative thinking with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and simplicity.
• Experience leading global and cross-regional teams, fostering alignment, and ensuring strategic consistency.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence client stakeholders.
• Passion for client’s mission and the role of media and marketing in driving its growth.

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $171,675 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
