Position Summary
As Director, of Global Total Rewards, you will report to the VP, of Global Human Resources and lead the Total Rewards team responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation, equity and benefits programs and strategy in 20+ countries. You will be empowered to create best-in-class programs for an organization that is rapidly growing to $1B. As Rimini Street continues our global expansion, you will be responsible for developing and administering market-competitive total rewards programs and will be the trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team on all matters relating to Total Rewards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and administer Rimini Street’s global base pay, quarterly bonus incentive program, short-term and long-term incentive programsProvides oversight and guidance on the administration of the Company’s corporate equity programs including vendor management, data reconciliation and Board approvalsAdvise the executive team, Global Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners on pay decisions and guideline interpretationsManage the job and pay structure, aligning and supporting career paths for employees, and provide expertise and counsel to the HR community and managementPartner with Finance and Legal teams in executing compensation and equity incentive programsCompile, analyze, and summarize large amounts of raw data and make recommendations to the executive teamKeep apprised of worldwide compensation and equity laws and regulations in order to ensure Company complianceDevelop and/or participate in compensation surveys, analyzing competitive market data and developing recommendations for salary structure adjustments as appropriateProvides leadership for our Global Benefits team who have responsibility to:Design, implement, and administer global benefit programs, ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitiveness for current and new countriesOversee company-wide Well-Being strategyWork with internal teams to research, create and enhance benefit plans and guidelinesWork with global benefit brokers and providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs along with managing the enrollment process around the globeManage the US 401K plan in coordination with the 401K Committee and investment advisors.Education

Strong ability to analyze Global Compensation trends and provide insights from internal and external dataPrior experience analyzing and advising organizations on Executive Compensation Experienced in preparation of information for a Compensation Committee a plusStrong experience leading and implementing compensation and equity projects and benefits programs across global organizations.Strong presentation & interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings with a variety of employee levels and executive stakeholders Builds functional expertise across the organizationPrior experience in setting up International Legal Entity and designing and implementing new total rewards programsExperience with Workday, specifically their performance management and compensation solutionsExperience with SOX requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesWhy Rimini Street?

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.
Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 134k - 168k depending on skills and experience.
