As a Director Business Development here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead and manage a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

In this role, you will impact encompassing strategic leadership, revenue growth, market expansion, lead generation, strategic partnerships, sales strategy, market research, team leadership, performance measurement, risk management, cost optimization, strategic planning, and fostering an innovation culture. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth, maintaining a strong market position, and achieving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

\n\n\n\tInterface with OEM customers in an integrated approach to Retrofits, Modifications, and Upgrades\n\tFormulate overarching growth strategy associated with Defense OEMs\n\tCoordinate with BDS, BDG, RPI Leaders to increase RMU Pursuits\n\tCoordinate and Strategize Sales Campaigns for various product offerings across platforms, OEM, or in conjunction with DAA\n\tEnsure proper overall focus on capture targets derived from existing Honeywell technologies\n\tCollaborate with OEMs to offer value propositions that mutually benefit the customer and Honeywell.\n\tLead cross-OEM pursuit strategies\n\n\n

\n\n\n\tSecurity Clearance\n\tBachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering\n\t10+ Years Experience working with Customer\n\t6+ Years Experience in Sales/Business Development\n\t6+ Years of Strategic Business Planning\n\t5+ Years managing a team of experienced Salespersons\n\n\n
