We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Head of Regions - Construction & Engineering.

Role Overview: As the Director, Head of Regions, you will oversee a growing team of construction and engineering adjusters. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing our high-performance culture, controlling expenditure, developing colleagues both technically and personally, ensuring quality control, and leading client development and thought leadership initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

The skills you will have when you apply:

ACII/ACILA qualifications or significant progress towards them.Proven experience in managing high-performance teams.Highly motivated and able to work with senior leaders.Strong profile within the insurance industry and proven track record in client liaison.Excellent presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.Innovative mindset to anticipate future trends and adapt the business.Strategic thinking and ability to execute agreed strategic plans.Embrace digital technologies to enhance the business.Technical skills suitable for leading a highly technical team.Full UK driving licence.
