The Director-HRBP role will support Regeneron’s corporate functions (“G&A”), which include Finance, Law, IT, Global Procurement, Investor Relations, Facilities, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, and Strategic Alliances. The G&A organization has an employee population of more than 1200 employees and is located primarily in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, NY, with a growing international footprint in the UK, Ireland, and Asia.
You will be a sounding board and trusted advisor for the business, evaluating, influencing, and executing people-centric solutions to business challenges and enabling Regeneron to deliver on its mission to use the power of science to bring new medicines to patients.
This role reports to an Executive Director, HRBP, responsible for all G&A functions with a team that includes two other HRBP’s and is part of a larger team reporting up to a Vice President of Human Resources with oversight over both G&A and Commercial. This organizational structure provides meaningful opportunities for cross-functional teamwork and learning. Additionally, there is an expectation of being an active contributor to a global HRBP team that shares and aligns best talent practices and cultivates enterprise-wide consistency. A core part of the role is translating business needs to the HR Centers of Excellence, working collaboratively on responsive solutions.
The role is a minimum of 3 days onsite, based at our HQ campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This role is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements.
