**Overview** : The Director of HR Shared Services will oversee the development and management of a centralized HR shared services model. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery to employees and for implementing standardized HR processes and policies across the organization. The Director of HR Shared Services will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities** :
1. **HR Shared Services Management** :
2. Develop and manage a centralized HR shared services model that delivers high-quality, efficient services to employees.
3. Oversee daily operations of the HR shared services team to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate service delivery.
4. Implement and maintain standardized HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
5. **Service Delivery and Employee Experience** :
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction.
7. Implement technologies and process improvements that streamline HR operations and improve the overall employee experience.
8. Monitor and evaluate service delivery metrics to ensure high standards are maintained.
9. **Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration** :
10. Collaborate with HR leaders and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR shared services with broader organizational goals.
11. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to support the HR shared services function.
12. **Team Leadership and Development** :
13. Lead, coach, and develop the HR shared services team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven experience in developing and managing HR shared services in a large, complex organization.
+ Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience with HR technologies and process improvements.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 152,600.00 - 283,400.00
