Director, HR Technology & Analytics
Overall Job Summary

The Director of HR Technology & Analytics is responsible for HR technology that align business operations with the Company's strategic initiatives. Position is responsible for driving and maintaining the strategic vision, development, coordination, and implementation of advanced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Workforce Analytics. The role will manage the development of complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Utilize strong analytical skills to provide recommendations and make decisions, focusing on quality, cost containment, and the impact of changes on other departments. Collaborate with HR leadership to identify technical needs and recommend advanced HRIS and Workforce Analytics solutions. Direct and manage responses to HRIS and Workforce Analytics initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines and providing efficient feedback on system enhancements and technical improvements. Research and resolve complex HRMS and Workforce Analytics issues, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet technical requirements. Identify key HR cross functional issues and provide leadership in developing and implementing solutions.  Champion change management principles and practices for the organization.   Lead the HR analytics team to develop metrics to monitor key HR strategies and deliverables, as well as designing and executing a standardized set of core reports with a goal of self-service and use of dashboards.   Provide strategic analysis of workforce data from multiple systems and databases to help drive informed decisions within HR and across the business
  Required Qualifications

Experience:  8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leading a team of HR professionals.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or closely related field.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Professional Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred
 

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strong communication and relationship building skills.  Ability to connect with people of various backgrounds.   Strong analytical ability and skills, using data and metrics to evaluate needs, identify trends, drive change, and measure impact Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, planning, structuring project deliverables and problem solving Strong working knowledge of HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, applicant tracking, talent management, etc. Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with good business and financial acumen Ability to balance several tasks simultaneously and to prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Deep knowledge of HR functions
