The Director, HR Technology – Digital HR Governance will lead and evolve Ford's Digital HR portfolio through managing the intake, prioritization and execution all HR technologies and applications globally. The role requires leveraging project management expertise to influence internal stakeholders, ensuring strategic priorities are met. This position will require hands-on operational experience to enable and communicate the work effectively throughout the organization. You will work closely with global leaders on enabling their vision of making their work efficient and effective with people, process and technology.
This is a hybrid role to Dearborn, MI and will be required to work onsite 3 days a week. A fully remote position would be considered for the right candidate.

What you'll do…
Provide overall strategic governance and operational work of the Digital HR function and lead the following key areas:
Portfolio Management: Strategically optimize portfolio for consistency and standardization across the globe; shrink to focus on core assets and reduce / control spend; evolve HR Technology strategy by connecting the portfolio through process engineering and HCM technology pillars within Digital HR to enhance the overall digital HR experience and drive operational readiness
Transformation Projects: Modernize HR Technology solutions/experience; Right tools, right processes, effective and efficient; Ability to manage and execute actionable work to the business through fact and data and provide proper status updates and visibility so that leadership can make appropriate strategic decisions.
Client Experience: Provide thoughtful change management processes by working closely with internal stakeholders. This includes connecting with care, setting expectations on prioritization, and providing proper change management capabilities to increase the adoptability of new processes and technology.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HR technology specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
