Summary of This Role

Manages and implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the team members it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Provides leadership, guidance, counsel and training on areas including, but not limited to management practices, general employment practices, recruitment and staffing, organization design, compensation, team member development, team member relations, compliance, workers compensation, health and welfare benefits, HR Operations and payroll, and facilitates HR training. Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and programs that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR and business strategy. Evaluates the organization's future needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt new and existing HR programs to meet these needs. May manage other HR Services including payroll, benefits, and recruitment.

What Part Will You Play?

Participates in the design and implementation of human resource plans, programs, policies and practices that effectively support the delivery of business goals. Champions the organization’s culture.Functions as an advisor to senior leadership teams on organizational, management, and people issues. Partners with other HR service areas to develop and deliver solutions to business challenges.Designs and leads analyses to support workforce planning and the identification of talent-related challenges; designs and implements solutions to address identified opportunities. Contibutes to the leadership continuity process.Mitigates risk through the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures, in cooperation with legal counsel and senior HR leaders. May act as a point of contact in responding to client and regulatory bodies when dealing with audit and compliance issues.Participates in the planning and execution of organizational design changes and other change-related initiatives. May direct portions of the assimilation of human resource processes and activities for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.May lead activities in the areas of learning and development, compensation, payroll, or benefits for specific business units or locations.Not an exhaustive list; other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.Typically a minimum of 10 yearsrelated professional experience including a minimum of 5-6 years experience in a managerial position.


Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degreerelated field of study from an accredited university.Prior Global Payments, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.
