This role will be critical in leading and implementing effective HR operations to support the Americas region. A critical aspect of this position involves leading a team of HR professionals who are responsible for addressing a diverse set of inquiries from our employees and ensuring a timely and efficient resolution. In this position, you will have the opportunity to drive regional and global HR initiatives, and act as a strategic partner to the HR Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Operations function through the implementation of a tiered model for the Americas region. Develop a consistent approach and continuous improvement to HR processes where relevant across all supported countries. Support, and in some cases own, the improvement of operational systems and processes in line with the HR Operations roadmap and priorities. Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide data-driven insights and reports to inform the HR Leadership team and organizational decisions. Provides input to the development of policies and procedures for HR.Role Requirements
10+ years in Human Resources Management supporting regional or global organizations. Demonstrated ability to become a change-agent who influences strategic actions and mindset towards evolution of Human Resources Operational processes. Experience building and establishing SLA agreements supported by relevant OKRs. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally. Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop and execute global strategic and tactical plans that drive best-in-class employee experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Portuguese is a plus.
