The Director, Human Resources, reports directly to the company President and is a key member of the executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission, values, and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent acquisition and developmentIdentifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metricsLeads the employee goal setting and performance evaluation processManages the succession planning process by working closely with senior leadership on selecting, developing, and upgrading talent within the organizationDevelops a training and development curriculum designed to drive higher employee performance and engagementResearches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programsResolves human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issuesEnsures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirementsConsults with legal counsel on human resources matters and make recommendations to senior management as to the appropriate course of action on any issuesInputs and maintains employee information in the Workday HRM systemCollaborates with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with applicable payroll lawsAdministers global benefit programs and ensure they are cost-effective, competitive, and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, while in compliance with all statutory requirementsDevelops and maintains employee policies and procedures by countryPerforms other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field requiredAt least ten years of human resource management experience requiredMulti-location and international experience strongly preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
