Director, Human Resources – IWMS Client Relationship Group and Go To Market & Strategy

At Fidelity, our greatest asset is our associates, and we focus on building an environment that allows people to perform at their best and make an impact for our customers!  The Director, Human Resources role is part of the FI/FBOT HR organization and delivers HR business partnership and coaching to mid and senior-level leaders in the IWMS Client Relationship Group (CRG) and Go To Market & Strategy organizations.  This role partners with business leaders and key partners to develop and implement HR and talent strategies aligned to the organization’s objectives. These strategies are focused on optimizing the associate experience and harnessing the diverse talent capability of the organization.  Key areas of focus include BU and enterprise HR practices, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, performance and change management, and inclusion and engagement efforts.

The Experience and Skills you Bring

10+ years of HR business partner experience Strong business knowledge and acumen Track record of translating business strategies and outcomes into comprehensive workforce and talent strategies and plans Strong HR business partner capability across broad areas, including talent acquisition, compensation, inclusive talent strategies, employee relations, organizational design and development workforce planning, and change management Ability to actively listen to needs and concerns of business leaders and HR Proactive problem solver with proven independence, autonomy and accountability Able to build strong and collaborative relationships and navigate across business and HR functions Confident in partnering with, and coaching of, leaders at all levels, challenging and influencing difficult issues and strategic decisions, as well as providing sophisticated solutions to complex issues in an ambiguous environment Good judgment and interpersonal awareness with ability to manage many concurrent priorities Analytical approach, using data, measures and people analytics to provide key insights and influence organizational and talent decisions Outstanding communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Strong project manager, thinks end-to-end and master new concepts quickly

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$169,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
