Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Combining the strengths of both companies, Bosch offers its customers a complete portfolio of networked and efficient energy, building automation and security solutions.   **Job Description:** We are seeking a strategic and business-savvy HRBP Director to partner with senior leadership and drive a high-impact people strategy within our Center of Excellence (CoE) model. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. The HRBP Director will have a vast business acumen and will work in close partnership with senior leadership to manage the company’s objective through our colleague. Additionally, this leader will play a critical role in building and shaping a new HR Business Partner function, developing frameworks, processes, and capabilities to ensure HRBP effectiveness in an agile and evolving organization. As a key liaison between the business and HR CoE functional domains you will shape and execute workforce strategies that drive business performance, colleague engagement, and organizational effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as HRBP Leader for Western North American Region, with management responsibilities for HRBP team. + Partnering with leaders and members of the HRBP team to proactively implement people-focused initiatives that enhance organizational health and engagement across assigned portfolios. + Coach and influence leaders on people-related challenges, enabling them to build strong, effective teams. + Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. + Identify trends and provide proactive recommendations to improve workforce planning, employee retention, and leadership capability. + Leverage HR analytics to measure and enhance talent effectiveness, drive efficiencies, improve decision-making across the organization. + Align HR strategies with business priorities, ensuring that people initiatives drive measurable impact on growth and performance. + Act as a change agent, driving transformation efforts and championing the adoption and success of new initiatives. + Advises leadership on country-specific HR topics. + Leads and develops the maturity and competence of HRBP team in an agile organization. + Partner with HR CoEs to deliver best-in-class programs in talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. + Partner with Talent Management COE, leaders and HRBP team to drive engagement action planning based on employee feedback. + Foster a strong employee value proposition through effective HR practices that attract, develop, motivate and retain, top talent. + Work closely with Employee Relations to manage complex employee issues, balancing business needs with risk mitigation. + Implements and executes HR processes (e.g. Talent Management, Salary Review, etc) + Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations Leverages HR digitalization and HR services in region for improved HR efficiency + Enhancing performance and accountability by working closely with the HR leadership team to implement clear job descriptions, success profiles, and career paths. + Coaching leaders to strengthen their ability to mentor, engage, and inspire their teams. **Professional Competencies:** + A positive and infectious transformation mindset to the leadership team. + A collaborative, agile, and adaptive mindset into discussions for enhancing the business through people. + Proven track record in leading transformation and driving change + Fosters openness, transparency, and collaboration for a high performance culture + Profound knowledge of innovative HR instruments and practices and rich experience in different HR functions including international experience + Strong communication and intercultural skills and can build relationships across hierarchies and different cultural backgrounds + Strong sense of ownership and responsibility paired with a clear focus on impact and implementation + Goal oriented and results driven **Skills & Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or other related field or commensurate years of experience + Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years of leadership experience. + Experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, collaborating with multiple HR functions. + Strong background in HR business partnering, supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrix environment. + Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives. + Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategy. + Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** + SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment + Experience in a large, international organization + Solid and fluid working experience of local labor laws -
