Job Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in planning and change management principles, organizational effectiveness and reward and recognition concepts, etc.Demonstrated success in team building and people leadershipExcellent HR generalist knowledge and functional mastery in multiple Human Resources Management disciplines: recruitment, performance management, compensation design, organizational design, leadership development and organization development.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the strategic direction, mission, values, culture, priorities, and operational challenges for both the business unit and division and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies to support these objectives.Proficient level of understanding of the relevant legislation, regulations and policies which impact on the business unit and the effective delivery of HR services.Excellent facilitation, influencing and communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective relationships; and conflict management skills — demonstrated by the ability to achieve results through others.Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion to achieve high credibility and trust Decision Authorities.Provides insight to senior leaders in all areas of Human Resources activities including driving decisions on talent, compensation, OD, human capital alignment, and employee relations Working Conditions.Required Qualifications:
