What You Will Be Doing
The Implementation-Conversion Director will lead a team of 6-8 people supporting client tax reporting contracts. As the key leader of new paid client implementation and operational support contracts, you will be the subject matter expert in areas of US and international tax information reporting and retirement tax reporting.
Work with members of Implementations-Conversions management team to establish business strategies in alignment with corporate goals and objectivesPerform resource planning and allocation while effectively communicating and translating strategies into actionable itemsInteract directly with clients at a senior/executive management level, managing problem escalation and providing sales supportManage a staff of multi-functional and technical professionals along with a budget and revenue goalsUse knowledge of FIS’s conversion management principles and methodologies to identify, develop, and implement new processes, improve existing processes, and/or eliminate ineffective processesMaintain staff continuity, as well as foster cooperation and information sharing with an understanding of technical and functional concepts of FIS productsWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems or computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.Typically, 15-20 years of experience in US and international tax information reporting and retirement tax reportingExceptional management skills in leading significant client tax engagements and working with other senior leaders in establishing strategic plans and objectivesFinancial and tax industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presenceAbility to communicate effectively, manage staff, budget, and schedules, as well as identify, address and resolve employee related issuesSkill in productivity, process improvement, planning and workload managementWhat We Offer You
