Job Summary
Paycor's Director, Implementation leads all activities related to client onboarding; most notably directing all strategic activities related to transitioning new clients to Paycor's software applications. He or she is ultimately responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction; leading and influencing teams of front-line managers and/or project managers to make sure each Implementation is memorable and successful. Success is measured by seamless implementations that meet Paycor's and clients' high quality standards. He/she will also contribute to Paycor's extreme growth through internal and external partnerships with a focus on ensuring intended outcomes. In addition to leading the direction and execution of client onboarding objectives, the Director is also responsible for working with and coaching direct reports to maximize their individual and teams' performance build up new employee orientation, and initiating team building activities. A successful candidate will be able to build consensus among the various departments and influence each team to understand and follow his/her direction to ensure high quality results. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Provide vision, leadership, and coaching to all team members relative to a best-in-class client onboarding experience; leads his/her direct reports responsible for the day-to-day operations Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction Collaborates with other Paycor Leaders to continually review and enhance operational performance and strategy Leads the co-located department collaboration to build the Paycor brand and to assist in meeting current and future organizational development needs; partners to evaluate site hiring plans and proactive analysis of employee retention in concert with direct reports, develops or revises measurable performance standards and assures consistent use of these standards throughout the operation, particularly relative to client service provided. Maintains current knowledge of Payroll technical and legal issues and develops a thorough understanding of the Paycor system and capabilities Manages expenses within the established budget Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports and department associates; coaches and mentors direct reports to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved Works with direct reports with on associate relations including performance management, associate development, coaching, and recognition; meets regularly to assess each managers’ team – address performance issues and disciplinary action as needed, identify training needs and develops plans to implement them Coordinates site level staff recruitment campaigns Handles complex customer complaints or inquiries Assures consistent and thorough communications through regular staff and one-on-one meetings Appropriately staffs each function with recommendations for both short and long term staffing models Other duties as assigned 
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 6+ years of experience leading and developing successful teams by setting and executing operational strategy Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred Executive presence and ability to work with C-level suites Strong organizational and project management skills Strategic and creative thinker with bias for action Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Exceptional communication skills, Excellent team player Familiarity with Cloud technologies and SaaS business models a plus Successful management of multiple, simultaneous project Ability to lead teams and provide guidance Demonstrated examples of using ROI to measure and improve programs Self-directed with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

We anticipate the range of base pay to fall between $130,100.00 and $222,107.00. Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
