NVIDIA’s startup program, Inception, offers startups direct connections to NVIDIA, VC connections, early access to new products, co-marketing programs, technical advice, product discounts and more. We’re rapidly growing and looking to expand the leadership team in EMEA. This role needs to be based in London, UK.

Candidate should have strong business competence with comprehensive startup ecosystem understanding and the ability to be a leader who can function effectively and independently in a matrixed environment to groom and guide developers in above NVIDIA business domain. This is a regional role covering EMEA.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage team of regional Inception Program Managers in EMEA

Identify startups as Inception Program candidates, ISVs and key VCs

Evangelize both software and hardware technologies to the technical leaders

Able to establish the value proposition of NVIDIA technologies to technical heads/leaders

Recruit startups to join Inception Program & Recruit Key VCs to join VC Program

Support Inception Program communities

Attend ecosystem events to recruit Inception members

Build out startup engagement to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs

Support emerging use cases development to help cultivate new industries (e.g. manufacturing, IoT/embedded, healthcare, finance, etc.)

Support a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive mutual success

Drive adoption of SDKs, monitors status, finger on the pulse

Assist the Inception/ISV with Go To Market (GTM) programs to be successful

Link mature Inception to VCs and vis-a-versa based on needs

Distribute the vertical-ready mature Startups to the respective IGM/IBD teams

What we need to see:

Minimum of 10+ years of management experience and 12+ overall years of proven working experience in related fields such as startups, partner/eco-system or VCs management with strong related technical background

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering and Business or equivalent experience

Passion for ecosystem development and thrive in dynamic environment with technical members

Excellent communication skills are an essential requirement. Candidates must work comfortably with startups, partners and various internal & external teams

GenAI, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence experience is a plus

Experience of a Technical Business Dev or AI team in the country/local ecosystem

Has good local developer landscape understanding
