Director, Site Operations
The Director of Site Operations will be a critical partner in fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and people-centric - workplace at our India site. This leader will champion the organization’s Leadership Imperatives > Growth Mindset, Talent Activators, Change Champions, and Impact Makers - driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance with local and global standards. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, the Site Operations Leader will partner with local HR, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth site operations while creating a positive and inclusive environment that aligns with Omnicell’s purpose and guiding principles. The Director is the local point of contact for engineering, product management, finance, and other teams, supporting their efforts to deliver exceptional results.

Human Resources Leadership
Mentor and support HR and operations professionals to foster collaboration and inclusion, while addressing talent and performance gaps with transparency and courage. Create an environment that values learning, embraces challenges, and views feedback as an opportunity for growth. Implement HR strategies aligned with local labor laws, promoting trust, credibility, and fairness. Partner with the local People Strategist to design and execute initiatives that empower employees, build trust, and unlock their potential.Site Operations Management
Establish effective systems, processes, and structures to enhance site operations while prioritizing safety, productivity, and collaboration. Maintain clear communication across teams, embracing change and inspiring others to align with evolving business needs. Act as a trusted partner for local and global teams, breaking down silos and ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, product management, and other functions. Proactively identify barriers to progress and recommend innovative solutions, demonstrating accountability and resilience.Strategic Planning and Execution
Connect business decisions to Omnicell’s mission, sharing the ‘why’ and inspiring employees to contribute toward shared goals. Leverage data and diverse inputs to identify trends, enhance processes, and ensure operational efficiency. Create a clear strategic plan for site operations with measurable goals, balancing short-term priorities with long-term objectives. Create a culture of ownership and follow-through to ensure site activities consistently add value to the business and its people.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR and site operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in HR best practices, India employment laws, and site operations management. Demonstrates adaptability, self-awareness, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in HRIS and operational tools.Key Competencies:
