We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Information Security to join our team. Lead, mentor and foster continued growth for a team of Information Security Managers (ISM)Review, manage and unify Information Security Managers processes to ensure commonality of tasks across the ISM team.Ensure ongoing compliance with security policies and provide the segment lead with regular status updates, including security metrics, staffing changes, new requirements, policy violations and exceptions, incident management, and the current risk profile for the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and HR to ensure alignment on cybersecurity riskCreate Business Cyber Security scorecards and meet with Business leaders to report on compliance, information risk management, and information security metrics. Provide updates on emerging threats.Provide direction and leadership with ISM team related tasks and requirements - information security incidents, risk assessments, policy compliance and exceptions, vulnerability management, risk mitigation and other tasks as assigned.Drive down technical debt. Coordinate with developers, the Business, and Security Operations to determine timelines for remediation. Escalate roadblocks and report status to management.Complete risk assessments for ongoing projects and ensure that new projects have security requirements in the initial design and throughout the product lifecycle.Monitor phishing campaign results and coordinate training as required.Serve as the Segment point of contact for all security waivers. Work with Business and IT resources to determine if a waiver is required and process the waiver through to CISO review. Track expiring waivers for renewal or close-out and provide reports to management.Stay current with emerging threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices for risk and incident management.Drive the CISO agenda and related projects as assigned and position cyber-security as a business enabler.

Job Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.5+ years of recent information security experience.5+ years experience managing and leading a team with responsibility of managing cybersecurity incidents.Experience with SIEM tools, threat detection and incident management platformsStrong understanding of cloud security principles and experience working with cloud-based security monitoring.CISSP, CISM, CISA, OpenFAIR, or CRISC, certification.Experience performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.Strong background in common security frameworks including, ISO, SOC2, NIST 800-53 R5, CSF and PCI 4.0.Experience leading a vulnerability management program across an enterprise.Leads by example and takes ownership of decisions.Experience with Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR)Perform and lead a team responsible forBS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering preferred.Strong organizational and project leadership skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Annual Pay Range:

132,600 - 185,000 USD
