Drive culture around secure application development through effective training, governance, and metrics. Manage application security vulnerability remediation flow. Develop and maintain the roadmap for application security. Bring thought leadership into the program and drive excellence. Oversee project timelines and delivery. Identify meaningful metrics Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators to drive progress and improvement. Establish strong partnership with key stakeholders in technology and product organizations. Manage communication upwards, downwards and horizontally. Understanding of application security vulnerabilities. Thorough in internet technologies and highly versed with web development best practices. Strong analytical/problem solving skills and cross functional knowledge across multiple development and security disciplines. Strong experience in training development teams on secure coding. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** + **Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies.** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and six (6) years of related experience. + **Work Experience.** Six (6) years of experience must include: Application security vulnerabilities including SANS, OWASP; Web development best practices; CI/CD pipelines covering source control, integration, and deployment including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Rally, JIRA, Artifactory, Nexus, SonarQube, or git; Java; C#; .Net; JavaScript; Training development teams on secure coding; Test Automation tools and frameworks including DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) and Burp Suite; Communicating security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff; Development of RESTful and SOAP web services; Advanced iterative Agile; Micro services architecture and design Patterns. **YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:** + **Have courageous team collaboration.** Courage comes from how associates are willing to have difficult conversations, speak up, be an owner, and challenge one another’s ideas to find the best solution. + **Deliver at an epic scale.** We deliver real user outcomes using strong judgment and good instincts.
