What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, facilitation and support of Employee Technology Delivery & Adoption (ETDA) Continuous Improvement and Optimization strategy and planning process. As the Director, you are accountable for the automation roadmap to digitize support services within the Employee Technology Services (ETS) and Technology Operations (TO) organizations and own the gateway support portal for CIBC team members. You will leverage data management best practices to design 3 to 5-year strategies, provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership, and partner closely with other ETS, TO, and Technology Infrastructure & Innovation (TI&I) groups to align and collaborate.

You can demonstrate experience in strategic development of mid to largescale technology transformation programs within ETS in the financial industry (or similar).Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL frameworks.Experience in data-driven decision-making, with expertise in using analytics to improve technology service delivery.Familiarity with incident management, tech triage, submission processes, and change control request workflows.You have a degree in Business, Engineering (any discipline) or Economics, CMA, MBA or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Six Sigma or similar methodologies is considered an asset.You notice things that others don't.
