Responsibilities

As Director, Internal Communications (ERP Transformation), you will lead internal communications supporting Ascension’s ERP implementation (to Oracle and UKG Pro) and will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing associate adoption and usage.  This role is a 2 year project-based position.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead an integrated communications strategy in support of ERP transformation, to build excitement and engagement with associates and equip senior leaders to deliver effective and compelling communications Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building strong relationships and managing their expectations throughout the change processExperience supporting senior leaders with strategic communications counsel.Advise and support leaders in proactively engaging associates in the strategy, technology adoption and culture change. Own and manage relationships with agency partners and consulting partners to oversee the implementation of change communication plansProactively identify trends, risks, challenges and solutions to process adoption, and lead and support change communication efforts. Employ creative approaches to engage stakeholder audiences, including change and relationship management.Measure effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly to support desired outcomes.Ability to write and edit engaging and visually appealing change communications 
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. 
Additional Preferences Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred10 years + in a leadership role with relevant experience in internal communications, leading Proven driver and communicator across matrixed organizations, helping to gain internal buy-in and support for strategic initiativesPrior ERP transformation experience (or similar change/technology transformations) with ability to provide insights into best practicesAbility to lead teams inside a company and across agency and consulting partnersStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage issues and risks related to change management and communicationsExperience in measurement and reporting, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support change management and communicationsExcellent influencer with senior executivesPrevious people and program management experienceSelf-starter with agility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
