Job DescriptionReporting to Senior Director, Investment Analytics, you will become part of a broad and diverse team within the Paid Media Practice encompassing Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Visualization specialists.
All with the common goal of using data expertise to inspire clients, partners and Jellyfish to jointly execute best in class marketing fuelled by data rich insights.
This role will be the main POC for a global Client on all analytics related issues, and manage a team of Data planning and BI team members. Be seen as the team's first port of call for day-to-day marketing analytics enquiries, while driving the long term strategic vision of the client's measurement framework, testing agenda, and dashboarding solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with clients and partners to clarify needs, goals, and timings to define a dashboarding solutions; Covering data sources, data collection, schema, and visual designEngage in the design of collateral and processes to develop the practice further and innovate the product portfolioDefine a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and KPIs aligned to business goals and illustrate campaign effectivenessPlan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysisIdentify opportunities to solve recurring client challenges and innovate the product portfolioMentor junior members of the teamQualificationsProficiency in TableauExperience working in digital advertisingExperience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insightsAbility to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutionsClear, concise and engaging communications skills and the ability to distill and translate complex analysis into actionable insights that a client will understandAbility to design compelling data visualizations for different stakeholder levelsProficient knowledge of digital activation and understanding of the levers a digital marketer may pull to influence marketing outcomesAttention to detail combined with a careful approach to processExperience delivering lift/testing/experimentation for optimizing creative, media, and other marketing factorsAttention to detail combined with a careful approach to processAn outgoing, curious thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasmNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
