Responsible for winning Equity Advisory mandates (JVs, Recapitalisations, M&A, Funds Placement)Lead Deal Team at project level for Japan Equity Advisory mandatesManaging and building client relationships within Japan Capital Markets with a clear focus on relevant stakeholders for Equity Advisory type of mandatesUse relationships and sector insights to generate other income opportunities through cross sellingPartner with sector research and strategy leads to provide sector direction for appropriate market leading outputs/analysis relevant to Equity AdvisoryMonitor and analyse public real estate companies in Japan (REIT / others) to generate ideasRecognise trend and changing market conditions to enable our clients to adapt their strategies to changing environments and capitalise on opportunityContribute to JLL thought leadership, presenting to clients, industry forums and events in Japan
