The Director Finance here at Honeywell, is a senior leadership position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function for IT Finance. As a Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving the rollup of the IT plans and forecasts within Honeywell, as well as overseeing the close of the books on a monthly basis. This role will work closely with the IT function to understand key initiatives and the impact on Honeywell growth and productivity.
You will report directly to the IT Chief Financial Officer and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function for IT Finance.
•Support the Strategic Planning Process, including key investments, and the related benefits.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand risks and opportunities.
•Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
•Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
•Drive close reporting process for IT.
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and planners.
•Support adhoc reporting and analysis of business leaders.

YOU MUST HAVE
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning.
•Experience supporting IT finance or the technology space
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
•Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
