What We’re Looking For:
As the Director of IT Governance, you will lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive IT governance framework that aligns with our strategic goals. Your role involves driving continuous improvement in IT processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing IT risks. You will champion change management initiatives, foster strong vendor relationships, and oversee training programs to enhance organizational performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a high-quality, efficient, and compliant IT environment.

What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain an IT governance framework aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
Ensure IT governance policies, processes, and procedures support business priorities and improve organizational performance
Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT risks that could impact the organization's goals
Apply a structured methodology and leads IT solution change management activities
Direct the adoption and expansion of IT change management throughout the organization and champion the training efforts for IT change management
Drive continuous improvement of IT processes from process evaluation through implementation resulting in measurable increases in quality and efficiency
Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies, standards and procedures require change
Lead the efforts to ensure compliance with Industry, statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
Ensure team develops documentation and training programs to assist in meeting business needs
Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants to address support and project activities
Coordinate with IT Auditors for all IT Audits and directs IT staff to participate as necessary
Formulate, maintain, and champion the adoption of IT policies, standards and procedures
Your Experience Includes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or other business discipline or an equivalent amount of relevant and applicable experience required
Minimum of 7-10 years of IT Governance experience
Proven experience in leadership, problem solving and attention to detail
Must have strong and effective communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with Service Management Systems (e.g., Remedy, Service Now, etc.)
Experience leading IT Change Management Board (CAB)
Experience in audits of access control, data ownership, and change control
High Level familiarity of audits compliance in accordance to Sarbanes Oxley 404 (SOX) and Payment Card Industry (PCI)

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $140,000.00 to $175,000.00.
