The Director, GTM and Growth, LACA Ecosystem is an innovative and results-oriented position that will spearhead our strategic initiatives in the LACA region. This role will be critical in driving market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through the development and execution of effective GTM strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the region.

Role Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial services products in the LACA region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs specific to the LACA market. Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives and alignment of resources to achieve growth targets. Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies that resonate with local audiences, leveraging insights into cultural and economic factors influencing consumer behavior. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and growth initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and insights. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local financial institutions, fintech companies, and other stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive growth.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in a GTM or growth role within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on the LACA region. Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including regulatory considerations, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in LACA. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures. Experience in developing and executing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies. Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
