Job DescriptionLead a small team of accounts payable sales and product experts to deliver operating efficiencies for corporate customers through access to working capital solutions, embedded payments and data to automate payment processingDrive volume and revenue growth in large market corporate and purchasing cardsDevelop and own the strategy and priorities to grow LMM Issuing in the AuNZP market, including new industry verticals and large ticket programsEducate the market on the LMM strategy and opportunitiesExecute on the growth commitment for LMM cards revenueProvide feedback and influence on global commercial product owners to adapt products for the AuNZP marketIdentify, nurture and win new commercial deals and revenue growth opportunitiesNew prospective clients for issuing Corporate and Purchasing cardsLead role in LMM institutional Issuer RFPsContribute to growing Commercial Services revenue through solutions selling, such as Visa Spend Clarity expense management and enhanced data servicesSupport the execution of the LMM Commercial Services strategic growth planIncorporate and contribute to the strategy to grow LMM commercial services in the AuNZP market.Include Visa Commercial Services in solution sales to support client to deliver payment volume growthContribute to the growth commitment for LMM Commercial Services.LMM Solutions operating planning and forecastingOwn and lead the Corporate and Purchasing card products market Interchange strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific IslandsTake ownership of the LMM annual planning and forecasting including projection of payment drivers, revenues and forward sales (AANR)LMM accountability for multi-year payment volume and revenue planning as well as our growth plan to achieve the Visa 2030 strategic growth plan. This includes clearly summarizing and documenting these plans as well as supporting their communication with key internal stakeholders

Develop strong working relationships with:

Heads of corporate and institutional payments at each of our corporate and purchasing issuer clients, as well as with key stakeholders for the small business payments segmentVisa’s Account Executive Management teams for our Institutional banking Issuer clientsVisa’s Global product teams and other large market specialists to share and learn best practices which we can apply to the AUNZP marketOther Visa stakeholders across the region and globe, including product, sales, client support, data & analytics, marketing and finance team members

Actively contribute to key industry initiatives pertaining to the segment, such as e-invoicing and embedded payments, including involvement in relevant webinars, roundtables and forums

Qualifications10 years or more experience at top-tier financial institutions, consulting firms, payments networks or financial services firms where you have developed and executed against sales and product strategies, with extensive experience in the large markets finance segmentA proven record of accomplishment of success with evidence of supporting high performance teamsStrong verbal communication and presentation skills that can effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive outcomes.The ability to translate analytics, research, client and end-customer needs into market insights, actionable plans and deliverablesKeen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvementExcellent written communication skills to draft presentations and reports to various audiences including internal stakeholders and clients.
