The Director of Learning and Development will spearhead the strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and drive organizational performance. This leader will collaborate closely with leaders across the company to ensure that learning initiatives align our culture, strategy and employee experience and ensure Experity team members have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver on our vision and goals. The Director of L&D is responsible for identifying development needs and opportunities, building custom solutions, and leveraging internal and external resources to deliver continuous learning for team members ranging from entry-level employees to senior leaders. You’ll work cross-functionally across the People Operations Team to integrate these solutions into all elements of the employee lifecycle.
Program Design & Development
Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Experity’s culture, strategy, and objectives Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future learning requirements across the organization Partner with People Operations Leaders to design and implement highly effective and results driven talent management and development strategies and programs, including performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and leadership development Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in organization effectiveness and talent management, and apply relevant insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure Experity remains competitive in talent managementTraining Delivery & Facilitation

At least 5 years of proven experience in a role focused on organization effectiveness, talent management, training or organizational development. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of organization development and training theories, models, and methodologies Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing organization effectiveness initiatives, including change management, performance management, coaching and talent development programs as well as effective training programs Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Experience with deploying creative learning solutions to hybrid workforce Excellent operational skills to include planning, logistics, program management and scheduling with a history of building and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands with a strong bias towards action with the ability to balance the strategic and tactical elements of the role High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Experience developing and implementing large-scale learning programs across an organization Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Experience utilizing a digital learning management system to store, manage, and track learning and development activities
