As the Director of Lease Accounting and Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for key aspects of NVIDIAs global lease portfolio from the beginning to end and will make a significant impact on our finance and real estate teams, spearheading inventive solutions in lease management and portfolio optimization. What you'll be doing:
Lead and mentor lease administration team and oversee services performed by outsourced lease administration.
Primary business partner to real estate teams to provide ASC 842 accounting and operational financial guidance during negotiation and lease drafting phases.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and optimize lease accounting and payment processes.
Lead the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of guidelines and procedures for lease management & accounting activities, including lease abstraction, lease payment activity, and key date monitoring, ensuring scalability, sustainability while focusing on accuracy, internal controls and governance.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring optimization of NVIDIAs real estate assets by tacking lease terms, costs, and compliance.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
12+ overall years experience in accounting/finance, including proven experience in managing lease accounting and lease administration for a global real estate portfolio.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Strong understanding of ASC 842 Leases.
Ability to understand complex lease arrangements and apply ASC 842 as well as optimize lease financials to such agreements.
Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, ensuring flawless completion of all financial activities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.

The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 379,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
