We believe in the power of technology and innovative marketing strategies to connect with our customers and enhance their experience. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Loyalty and MarTech to join our team and lead our loyalty and retention programs as well as implement a technology roadmap that powers future performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Loyalty and Martech will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive loyalty campaigns that generate incremental demand. This role will also oversee the integration of marketing technology to optimize campaigns and enhance the customer journey across digital platforms. This position is a hands-on role, and will require an individual with self-starter and team-player instincts to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Journey: Develop and implement cohesive communications and offers that drive down time to second purchase, increase customer retention, and maximize total customer value. Segmentation: Drive consumer understanding into our Digital Marketing.  Power up the customer lifecycle with meaningful customer segmentation and personalized creative.  Identify and lever key points of engagement in the Digital Experience.ROI: Ensure all customer retention activity drives incremental return to the business over time.  Establish and maintain a learning environment for identifying new opportunities and efficiencies.Agency Management: Oversee the day-to-day relationships with our Technology agencies and consultants. Manage to budget, SLAs, and business outcomes.MarTech Integration: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technologies, ensuring they support marketing objectives and improve effectiveness of media and customer experience.Data Analysis: Develop and manage analytics tools to monitor and test campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth and implement changes based on those insights.Budget Management: Manage to the digital marketing budget and spend plan, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including brand marketing, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.Brand Development: Champion the brand’s digital presence, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s values and messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.Proven track record of developing successful loyalty marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong understanding of marketing technology tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media management, analytics).Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate within and across teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Passion for the restaurant industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
