The incumbent will lead and direct M&P PMO resources while collaborating across Business Unit leadership to drive and achieve division Margin goals. They will provide leadership and management of high impact change programs that significantly improve productivity and cost structure of the business. The scope will include both long term planning and roadmap development, as well as short-term execution of critical projects and programs. **What You'll Work On** • Lead the division M&P governance process, including identification and execution of large scale / high impact initiatives and reporting of progress to Executive Steering committee. • Develop and execute long term strategy and roadmap for Gross Margin profile and gain alignment from divisional leadership team and key stakeholders to execute roadmap milestones. • Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to assign goals, develop project funnels, support execution, and manage/mitigate risks. • Establish, develop, and evolve Workstreams to address key areas of opportunity. • Develop and deploy sustaining tools and processes to support the evaluation and identification of opportunities across direct and indirect spend areas. • Ensure that high impact programs are defined, resourced and implemented in order to achieve financial objectives as defined by both the Annual and Long-Range Plans - performing benchmarking and cost structure analysis to define significant opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate closely with Global Procurement and divisional business units, NPI, Operational Excellence etc. to ensure the success of short and long term margin commitments, • Collaborate with the resource management team ensure appropriate resource allocation. • Support and lead any key strategic initiatives and integration activities being driven by the the division or corporate, where initiatives directly impact margin profile. • Manage large-scale global supply chain projects to reduce costs, reduce inventory investment, improve/streamline "go to market" strategies/processes and/or improve service to customers. **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Finance • Minimum 10 years Experience in consumer-packaged goods, healthcare or medical devices Industry, or similar, managing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Finance. • Minimum 3 years Experience managing operations and/or large ($10MM+) programs across multiple international locations. **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's Degree in Business, Program/Project Management or Supply Chain • Six Sigma Blackbelt certification preferred.
