We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our go-to-market efforts and grow our presence in the cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes optimization space. This is a critical leadership role that blends strategy, demand generation, product marketing, community engagement and brand building to elevate our SaaS platform and drive measurable growth. A distinct focus will be leveraging PLG strategies to engage prospects and customers as they trial and use our product to optimize their infrastructure.

 

You will own the entire marketing function— working with the leadership team to craft messaging that resonates with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and FinOps personas, managing campaign execution, and building the pipeline needed to scale.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, track and optimize all digital marketing, campaigns, ABM and in person eventsRunning targeted marketing campaigns through channels such as email, social media and industry events to generate new leads and drive new customer leadsWorking with senior leadership on messaging strategies to develop key value propositions and messaging to effectively distinguish us from competitors in the cloud cost space. Oversee the measurement and reporting on all marketing programs through to product trials, meetings, opportunities and deals to understand the full impact of marketing investmentsManage and maintain monthly and quarterly budget reconciliation Owner of the marketing automation systems and various other online tools and social media platformsWork with our external contract providers to drive SEO, Web Traffic and ABM / ADR outreach

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must-Have:

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role.Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps ecosystems.Proven success in driving growth for SaaS or infrastructure software companies.Strong experience with demand generation, product marketing, and content marketing.Experience with PLG strategies and executionHands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Pardot

 

Bonus:

Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., Platform Engineering, SREs).Knowledge of FinOps practices or cloud cost management tools.Background in developer marketing, community building, or technical storytelling.
