We’re looking for someone to build and lead the marketing team for Affirm, as we expand into the UK. This person will be a key member of the UK and International organization, responsible for growing both consumer awareness and conversion as well as driving merchant awareness and lead generation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats as we build the team - determining the local market strategy and stepping into execution as required. Work with key local and global team members to refine our understanding of the UK's core customer and merchant segments and the brand/product positioning that resonates in the market. Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing spend and performance channels. Partner with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with global brand strategy and relevant brand campaigns and to leveral centralized resources when required. Build, lead and develop the UK’s marketing team. What We Look For 9+ years of marketing experience building brands and businesses from awareness to conversion. Customer obsessed and analytical: Experience in translating qualitative and quantitative customer data into insights and actions. Strong bias for action and can-do attitude, with the ability (and curiosity) to connect the dots between different workstreams, data sources, and teams to get things done. Proven experience building and developing marketing teams as well as cross functional relationships across teams - both locally and globally. Comfortable in a fast paced environment, and the ability to drive your team autonomously and deal with ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
