Director, Marketing Analytics

BeiGene USA, Inc. seeks Director, Marketing Analytics in San Mateo, CA:
**Job Duties:**
+ Translating pharmaceutical data into insights and stories that drive change in marketing strategy and tactics;
+ Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional partners to develop differentiated marketing analytics services and solutions that transform the business;
+ Utilizing techniques such as Marketing Mix Analysis, Test Control Analysis, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression etc.;
+ Developing strategic solutions that drive customer centric insights and analytical capabilities that ensure marketing is making data-driven decisions;
+ Designing and deploying advanced analytics solutions like Next Best Action;
+ Analyzing the effectiveness of key marketing programs to identify what is driving the best outcomes and how to replicate it;
+ Identifying key markers of effectiveness for marketing campaigns and drive the design of internal marketing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators;
+ Optimizing predictive analytics to drive insights and strategic direction across marketing and related functions.

**Minimum Requirements** :
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in business administration, marketing analytics, or closely related quantitative field, and 8 years of experience as analytics consultant, analytics director, or similar occupation developing strategic analytics solutions that drive customer centric insights in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
OR
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in business administration, marketing analytics, or closely related quantitative field and 6 years of progressively responsible experience as analytics consultant, analytics director, or similar occupation developing strategic analytics solutions that drive customer centric insights in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
**Special Skill Requirements:**
(1) performing data analytics techniques for measuring promotional effectiveness (Test Control Analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling);
(2) utilizing advanced analytics techniques (Supervised Learning and Unsupervised Learning) to extract impactful insights and combine data from multiple sources;
(3) managing teams of analytics associates, data scientists, marketing analysts, or similar;
(4) performing omnichannel analytics techniques and shaping the framework for omnichannel analytics;
(5) designing and deploying advanced analytics solutions (Next Best Action).

Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $199,200.00 – $298,800.00 per annum.
