They manage accounting and reporting for Nike’s multi-billion-dollar global investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments, and other Treasury activities. Key responsibilities

Responsible for driving strategic capabilities and operational excellence across Shared Services (payment, contracts, comp product) and Marketing capabilities, supporting x-functional teams with a focus on Icon SH, Creative Studios, Marketing Operations and Brand Marketing. And this role will report into Sr. Director, Brand Planning of Operations.Develop and lead the central vision and execution around all marketing capabilities that will serve x-functional marketing teams.Design process and solutions that can evolve the digital process and enhance the workflow from marketing brief through creative production, design and delivery of digital assets.Manage a centralized comp product process to support product needs across seeding, sampling and event use.Manage marketing capabilities portfolio and roll-out of new tools, and support set up and maintenance of Icon SH production house.Ensure Center of excellence around business operations and drive efficiency, standardization of contracts and payments.

Requirements

Ideal candidate would have 10 years experience strategizing and implementing new tools and workflows as well as experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex marketing environmentProven success in delivering best in class platforms and support infrastructure to life for creative teamsStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quoAbility to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environmentA track record for leading teams to develop a culture of continuous improvementStrategic Enterprise ThinkingMaster’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceFluency in English language
