RESPONSIBILITIES:The Director-Merchant Compliance is the contact for subsidiaries regarding certifications for new and existing front-end vendors. You will manage compliance to all Card Brand Data Integrity programs and develop and implement high level corporate strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements.
Develop corporate initiatives and implement high level strategies as they relate to changing card brand requirements
Ensure deadlines are met and company has maintained minimum compliance
Manage multiple employees at various levels on the Compliance and Analytics teams
Manage relationships between us and external vendors at a strategic level
Oversee and manage all communications with vendors and third-party organizations as it relates to compliance, regulatory changes, and initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; OR Associate's Degree AND 2 years relevant experience
5 years of experience in the payment industry with merchant relationship compliance
Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
3 years of people leadership experience
Make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments
Foster a cooperative work environment
Plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management
Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
