Director, Mobile Repair Partner Management

The Director of Repair Partner Management will own the development and ongoing rationalization of our external parts and phone refurbishment network and non-direct OEM parts sourcing strategy.

This is an onsite role in our Dallas TX (preferred) or Nashville TN locations, but remote candidates will be considered.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Communicate with internal stakeholder to understand the global parts and phone refurbishment need and develop strategic external repair network to meet the demand Develop and manage supplier score cards to hold our partners accountable to QCD SLAs Manage global team to ensure supplier compliance through stringent onboarding qualification and ongoing supplier audit visits Develop and manage non-direct OEM parts sourcing strategy to support global repair demand Functions as subject matter expert supporting global partner repair and VAS sourcing and business development needs Develops industry insights leveraging outside-in supply market intelligence Communicates with customers and other strategic partners to gain their input and support on the business objectives.  Fosters true partner relationships that allow us to manage change and growth within the individual business Creates and maintains processes that provide solutions for various internal and external customer demands Provides technical and operational support during the business development process and new customer acquisition In consultation with superior and subordinate supervisory personnel as appropriate, develops short- and long- term goals and plans for areas of responsibility Develops, secures approval of, and administers an operating budget for attainment of agreed upon goals in accordance with approved plans Ensures adherence to and administers procedures necessary to implement approved policy and provides the overall direction necessary to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective area services Hires, develops, evaluates, and (when necessary) disciplines and discharges subordinates’ personnel or makes authoritative recommendations in such matter Develops function-specific orientation and training programs for area personnel Establishes standards for effective job performance and evaluates subordinates according to such standards Delegates these responsibilities to supervisory personnel as appropriate Serves as liaison with other organizational department leaders; establishes and maintains the working rapport necessary to develop cooperation and effectively integrate area services into the company’s overall business fulfillment system

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Bachelor’s degree in any business or related discipline Nine (9) years Partner management experience in a fast paced, high volume (approximately 8,000+ SKU’s) manufacturing/repair environment with at least five (5) years of data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience. Seven (7) years leadership experience with at least five (5) years experience managing supervisory personnel

Highly skilled partner management inventory control leader with extensive strategic and tactical experience, results-oriented, high energy, high urgency, and embraces effective change High level of customer interaction; frequent interruptions and re-prioritization of projects based upon customer needs, working under deadlines, creative thinking, working on multiple projects simultaneously, ability making decisions based on various levels of information Working knowledge and understanding of MRP / ERP systems, WIP & Planning. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains Working knowledge of Visio Requires the ability to direct and manage through multiple teams Ability to work independently and assume primary responsibility to move projects and production related services forward Requires willingness to take personal risk and make decisions based on limited data International partner management experience
Pay Range

$119,600.00 - $199,800.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
