What you will doPurpose/Description:
Direct the development of dealer performance improvement programs and manage field personnel to achieve dwell time performance goals for the Mack and Volvo Truck brands. Lead the development and strategy related systems, tools and solutions utilized in the entire service process. Director will manage key dealership relationships and coordinate activity with aftermarket management team and dealer operations management teams. Will be overall lead to develop and implement fixed operations programs uniquely designed for the Dealer Certified Uptime process.
Core Responsibilities:
· Coordinate key activities with Dealer Development Management team to develop strategy for Dealer Certified Uptime process, including common objectives with truck sales and aftermarket organizations.
· Develop the overall Dealer Certified Uptime process strategy and KPIs that will lead to BIC support by OE brands and dealer network. Drive change in behaviour to ensure we are focused on uptime as defined by our customers and dealers
· Consolidate expense and investment requirements to guide prioritization and utilization of project budget.
· Develop overall service process business plan and activities to meet dealer dwell time performance targets, including service planning activities.
· Manage and lead the auditing of Dealer Certified Uptime process project financial assumptions including identification of opportunities and risks.
· Manage the development of various business scenarios of current and future dealer needs for fixed operations and simulate business impact on dealer performance.
· Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the field process implementation team.
· Responsible for assessing and assuring the competency of the field support personnel, initiating training as needed and ensuring accountability through continuous evaluation.
· Interface with Aftermarket Business Development & Soft Products departments for support of common strategy
· Develop and lead the overall Service Planning strategy for the North American market that supports the execution of Service Contracts and future fixed operations programs.

Minimum Education and Experience:
· Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering is required
· MBA preferred
· A minimum of five years of experience in team leadership is required.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or project management, including field exposure.
· Strong Understanding of dealer fixed operations
· Knowledge of business procedures at the corporate level
· Ability to function in an internal and external business environment
