Key ResponsibilitiesIncident Management: Develop, refine, and manage incident response procedures to ensure rapid detection, diagnosis, and resolution of issues.
Change Management: Own and enhance the change management framework, ensuring proper planning, approval, testing, and deployment of network changes with minimal risk.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, DevOps, and business units, to ensure network operations align with organizational objectives.
Risk Assessment & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards related to network operations.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and third-party partners to ensure optimal performance and service agreements.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and maintain robust contingency plans and disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and data center operations.
Proven expertise in incident management and ITIL-based change control processes.
Strong knowledge of network monitoring tools, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
