Director, Network Product Management
Job Description:

The Role

As Director, Network Product Management, you will be working in a team responsible for managing products and vendors through the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning in support of the Datacenter and Core Network Services Team. This includes working closely with the product engineering teams, vendor contracts, vendor performance, building and presenting investment business cases (purchases/renewals), and collaborating with numerous business unit partners (procurement, finance, Risk, etc.). You will serve as a focal point for the products you help manage, leading collaboration sessions with the teams to identify opportunities, assisting with overall strategy and conveying that strategy when presenting investment opportunities to leadership, participating in the governance processes to complete those investments, and managing business / vendor relationships to ensure we are receiving full value from those investments.

The team is passionate about translating strategy into spend decisions, bringing together processes, and mitigating risk. Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
