Support the development of enterprise, pillar, and Line of Business (LOB) strategies with a focus on network opportunities to win and retain clients
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and define strategic network initiatives that will have overarching impact by developing creative, yet practical solutions to drive enterprise value. Particular focus on developing networks to support growth in government markets
Review and assess current networks and identify opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and drive enterprise value. Assess, understand, and develop network insights on the vision care industry, the broader healthcare, government programs, and adjacent trends globally
Provide leadership and oversight of specialty network development function supporting government markets (Sub-capitation, ASC facilities, Ophthalmology, etc.) by ensuring access to care, negotiation of cost-effective solutions, and working with business development teams to develop networks required to win and retain clients
Work with internal data and analytics team, develop and maintain key qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure progress against network goals and success of related strategic initiatives
Monitor performance of direct reports. Provide prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals and in job performance. Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary increases
Prioritize, assign, and distribute work of the unit personnel to ensure responsibility is at the appropriate level and team member skills are developed to support the unit’s business needs
Identify, consolidate, and prioritize training needs and coordinate training programs that address the unit’s business needs
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, or related field; Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering corporate strategy, participating in strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence
Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Preferably has demonstrated ability to build networks in support of government programs, demonstrated ability to resolve complex provider issues, and experience in the vision industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplicity of messaging
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytic tools, PowerBI preferred
Proven ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business and demonstrate the willingness to work through obstacles to meet required objectives
Personal and professional integrity with the ability to preserve confidentiality
Desire to dig into all areas of the business to help identify opportunities and outline network solutions, metrics, etc. to move the business forward

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
